Role : Business Intelligence Report Developer (Cognos & Power BI) / Business Intelligence Manager (Cognos & Power BI)

The Business Intelligence Report Developer will work in a small team environment, alongside a data analyst and their IT Leader over this group, that will be supporting the reporting for business and finance teams across the enterprise.

The client has a host of companies within their portfolio they acquired in recent past, of which many of the reports are being built and utilized within Cognos. The client will be making a push to move their long-term reporting and ERP environment over to Microsoft Dynamics 365, which will utilize Power BI for enterprise reporting over the next 3-6 months. Currently, they have reports that have been built in Cognos that need to be cleaned up, along with new reports that need to be developed in Cognos, to support their finance team. The long-term solution is that within the next 3-6 months, the client will be migrating their data over to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and performing a data migration to a SQL Data Lake and using Power BI for business intelligence reporting to support their business units and finance team.

The ideal candidates will have experience in both Cognos BI reporting and Power BI . Candidates must be local to Dallas and willing to work hybrid onsite .
