Warehouse Associate
Perform an array of functions involving the receipt, storage, movement, and consumption of materials in a pharmaceutical environment. Assists Warehouse Lead in reconciliation of inventory and assist others warehouse associates when needed.
Overall Job Responsibilities :
Manage time and work load for shift operations
Prepare shipments by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes
Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
Control and maintain accurate inventory levels by conducting physical counts, determining root cause for discrepancies, and resolving / remedying discrepancies in inventory records such as SAP and Excel.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Education : Minimum High school diploma, or equivalent
Experience : 2+ years in Pharmaceuticals Warehouse and Distribution environment
Knowledge and Skill :
Computer skills required (Word, Excel)
SAP preferred
Pharmaceutical experience preferred
Controlled substance experience preferred
Temperature controlled aka Cold-Chain experience preferred
Other requirements :
Forklift Certification
