Travel Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Rochester, NY

Assignment : 13 Weeks

Schedule : Day / Evening Rotating Shifts (7 : 00 AM7 : 30 PM or 11 : 00 AM11 : 30 PM)

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced and certified Surgical Tech for a 13-week travel contract in Rochester, NY. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic surgical environment with advanced equipment and a highly skilled team. Key Responsibilities :

Assist surgeons in a variety of surgical procedures, including open and hybrid vascular cases

Prepare and maintain a sterile field in the operating room

Handle instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during surgery

Work with cutting-edge technology including da Vinci, Rosa, and Monarch robots

Rotate between day and evening shifts and take one weekend shift per month

Requirements :

NBSTSA certification required at the time of submission

AHA BLS certification

NCCT degree must be from a CAAHEP- or ABHES-accredited Surgical Technology program

Minimum of 2 years of OR experience in an acute care facility

Vascular surgery experience in both hybrid and open cases

Infusion pumps

Ultrasound machines

Laparoscopic Olympus equipment

da Vinci Robot, Rosa Robot, Monarch Robot

SCDs, Bair Hugger

Microscopes, Neptune, smoke evacuators
