Test Coordinator

Job Description

Our client is currently seeking a Temp-to-Permanent Test Report Coordinator to join their Field Services Group. This newly created position supports the preparation, evaluation and distribution of compliance test reports. This role sits in Austin, TX and hours are Monday - Friday onsite from 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm. This position pays up to 20 / hr based on experience.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct quality review of field test reports for accuracy and completeness
• Invoice and distribute test reports (via print or email) using proprietary database
• Generate consolidated invoices and collate reports per customer requests and regulatory requirements
• Upload invoices and reports to customer websites and input invoice details into internal systems
• Follow established procedures and timelines to ensure all daily report deadlines are met
• Organize paperwork and manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
