Your primary focus will be on supporting the planning, tracking, and delivery of various projects across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects from start to finish
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and communication among team members
- Maintain and update project documentation, records, and reports
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Help identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Support project managers in organizing meetings, workshops, and presentations
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related fieldStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plusAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment
