This is a hybrid, full-time role that combines in-studio coaching with sales and marketing responsibilities . You'll play a key role in driving membership growth, retention, and energy in the studio.

About the Role :

As our Assistant Studio Manager, you'll be a key player in both the member experience on the floor and behind the scenes in sales, marketing, and brand growth . You'll assist with lead generation, outreach, onboarding new members, and helping prospects feel excited about joining F45. You'll also coach group training sessions with energy, professionalism, and a passion for fitness.

Compensation : $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
