A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel - West (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Lead legal negotiations with customers and support Area Directors in the Western Region of the US

Provide guidance on various transactions including subscription agreements and vendor agreements

Shape initiatives to streamline the contracting process as the company scales

Required Qualifications

8+ years of in-house transactional experience with direct customer and vendor interaction

5+ years of experience negotiating SaaS agreements with enterprise customers

Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence

Proficiency in managing contracts using Microsoft Office and Google Product Suites

Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic environment
