Job descriptionStarting Mileage Pay : $0.66 per mile Detention Pay : $7.25 per 15 minutes after 2 hours Breakdown Pay : $29 / hour after 2 hours Layover Pay : $150 per layover Routes : Over-the-road (OTR), Thursday-Monday Weekend Work : Required depending on schedule Home Time : Typically out 2 nights per week. Nights out are not back to back Miles per Week : Approx. 2,166 Routes will operate as normal during most holiday weeks Opportunity to run a 6 th day for additional miles Occasional fill-in on the snack fleet from Crossville Delivery Area : Kentucky and Tennessee Route Description : Shuttle runs between customer plants / DCs in the London, KY and Crossville, TN Freight Type : Snack foods / raw baking materials Freight Handling : No-touch; drop and hook Equipment : Sleeper truck with 53ft dry van Paid time off including 8 paid holidays Health Insurance : Medical, dental, vision and hearing coverage starting as low as $38.25 / week (individual) and $101.10 / week (family) after 30 days Rider policy for legally married spouses Profit Sharing : Monthly direct deposits into your retirement account Referral rewards : Cash bonuses for referrals Career Growth : Opportunities for local, regional, and leadership roles within Averitt Drivers must live within a 100-mile radius Must have 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years Drivers must have Class A CDL Must be 21 years of age or older No convictions for reckless driving within the past 5 years No convictions for DUI within the past 5 years No suspensions or revocations within the last 5 years No serious violations within the previous 12 months (15 mph or greater, following too closely, improper passing, traffic offense committed in a CMV in connection with fatality) No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years No preventable DOT recordable accidents within the past 3 years Open / Close Trailer Doors - force requirement : 46 lbs Count freight Complete fuel tickets Obtain sales leads Hook / Unhook trailer - force requirement : 90lbs (Class A Only) Perform pre-trip inspections Drive Regular predictable attendance Enter / Exit a Commercial Motor Vehicle Enter / Exit the rear of a trailer from ground level

Driver Pay and Benefits
- Average Weekly Pay : $1,386 ($72,072 / year)
If running a 6 th day average weekly pay is $1,584
Schedule and Home Time
If running a 6 th day, miles will average 2,400 per week
Scheduling Options
Drivers can choose from a variety of 5-day weekly schedules that best fit their lifestyle, including early morning, daytime, and evening shifts. Some schedules include split shifts.
