We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Chemical Process Engineer to join our  team and support the scale-up of lithium iron phosphate (LFP) manufacturing processes.  This role is ideal for someone with pilot production and / or manufacturing experience who can take ownership of process scale-up from lab to pilot-production, troubleshoot on the ground. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to make a direct impact on commercial-scale battery material production,  this role is for you!
