Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and implement standardized cooking and prep procedures across all locations
Translate chef-driven recipes into scalable, operationally efficient processes
Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to improve kitchen design and food preparation methods
Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in culinary process engineering, food manufacturing, or multi-unit restaurant operations
Strong understanding of fast casual kitchen workflows and equipment
Experience with process design, scaling recipes, and standardizing operations
Proficient in data analysis, process mapping, and documentation
