Description :

Floating is required, including to other campuses and units.

2 : 1 nurse to patient ratios.

Common patient diagnoses include respiratory failure, kidney failure, COPD, CHF, and myocardial infarction.

The culture is very important in this setting.

Travelers are welcomed into the units and are expected to function as core staff.
