The Caregiver provides personalized care and support to residents in an assisted living setting. This role focuses on promoting dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life while assisting residents with daily living activities in accordance with their care plans.

Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and eating.
Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and respectful living environment.
Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical, mental, or emotional conditions to nursing staff or supervisors.
Support residents with medication reminders (if applicable per state regulations).
Assist with meal preparation, serving, and clean-up as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in resident living areas and common spaces.
Escort residents to meals, activities, and appointments within the community.
Participate in resident-centered activities and encourage engagement.
Adhere to safety protocols, infection control procedures, and emergency response guidelines.
Document care provided and update daily logs in accordance with community policies.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must be Certified as a caregiver in Arizona
Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine desire to help others.
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with residents, families, and staff.
Physical ability to assist residents with mobility, transfers, and other physical needs (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods).
