Federal Classification Specialist

A company is looking for a Federal Classification Specialist (USSS).

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and classify positions in the General Schedule and Wage Grade

Update and write position descriptions, conducting position reviews

Plan and conduct classification studies and provide guidance to supervisors on work realignments

Required Qualifications

7-10 years of experience as an HR Specialist

Experience with HR systems such as PeopleSoft and SecretServiceHire preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
