Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide pediatric home health services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
This role offers flexibility and autonomy while maintaining strong clinical support from supervising SLPs and leadership.
Schedule Options: Part-time or Full-time opportunities available.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, play-based speech therapy services aligned with individualized treatment goals
- Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist
- Document therapy sessions accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate regularly with supervising SLP regarding client progress
- Educate caregivers on carryover strategies and home programming
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with supervising SLPs and other healthcare professionals as needed
Qualifications
- Active Arizona SLPA license
- Current CPR certification
- Article 9 certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently in a home health setting
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required
