AUTOMOTIVE WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR

$18 - $22 / Hour + Commission!

Responsibilities - Warranty Administrator :

  • Prepare, submit, and track warranty repair orders and claims in compliance with dealership and OEM guidelines
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness for all claims to support service department payments
  • Communicate with finance, insurance, and service departments to resolve claim questions
  • Obtain necessary approvals from OEMs and service contract providers
  • Collect claims through fleet payment companies and third-party providers
  • Maintain accurate records, notes, and warranty documentation for audits
  • Process customer refunds within required timelines

    • Requirements - Warranty Administrator :

  • Automotive warranty or dealership experience required
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
  • Proficiency with computers and dealership management systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
