This position is onsite in Tewksbury, MA.
Your Responsibilities :
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to coordinate design plans and gather requirements.
Manage technical risks by thoroughly evaluating system requirements and design elements.
Create and maintain advanced modeling tools that integrate Digital Signal Processing (DSP) with complex time-domain components.
Model radar system concepts, including detection, discrimination, tracking, and signal processing algorithms to analyze their behaviors and performance.
Develop effector system models, incorporating guidance and fuzing mechanisms to evaluate their behavior and effectiveness.
Required Qualifications :
A Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
Must possess an active and transferable Secret U.S. government-issued security clearance before starting. Only U.S. citizens can obtain this clearance.
Extensive experience in complex Digital Signal Processing and proficiency in developing intricate time-domain signal models for design support and requirements analysis.
Hands-on experience in creating and coding system models, algorithms, test vectors, and analytical tools to assess radar requirements and performance.
Preferred Qualifications :
Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
Experience capturing and decomposing system requirements, contributing to design and engineering efforts.
In-depth knowledge of radar system concepts, including detection, discrimination, tracking, and signal processing algorithms.
Able to interpret technical design documents and electrical schematics effectively.
Proven ability to take ownership of tasks, lead technical projects involving multiple stakeholders, and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
Experience with MATLAB for model development is highly valued.

The salary range for this role is $82,000 - $164,000. This figure is a good faith estimate for all experience levels and offers considered will reflect the role's requirements, the candidate's background, and other factors. Hired applicants may qualify for various benefits, including healthcare, dental, vision, and retirement plans, among others. Specific benefits may vary based on the business unit and collective bargaining agreements. Hired candidates may also be eligible for short-term and long-term incentive compensation based on performance metrics. This position is U.S.-based; appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply for those residing in U.S. territories.
