Key Responsibilities
Generate and maintain Sales Orders and manage Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) tracking
Administer monthly commission processes and create tailored reports for sales and leadership teams
Manage customer records across CRM systems and conduct monthly data audits for accuracy
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business analytics within a SaaS or technology organization
Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems, particularly HubSpot and NetSuite
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
Strong analytical ability to identify data trends and inconsistencies
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and improve operational processes
