Business Transformation Strategist

A company is looking for a Business Transformation Strategist to support process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and oversee cross-functional delivery of process improvement initiatives

Provide advisory support and guidance to project stakeholders and executives

Educate and create awareness of process improvement methodologies across the organization

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field

Minimum 5 years of process improvement experience

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification

Experience with DMAIC, Lean, Kaizen, and DFSS methodologies

Technical skills in data visualization using Power BI or Tableau
