Admissions / Marketing Director

Highlands Health and Rehabilitation Center , a leading skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Memphis, TN, is seeking a motivated and compassionate  Admissions Director to join our leadership team. This role is essential to managing the admissions process and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience for new residents and their families.

This is a full time position working day hours.

Job Requirements :

• Experience in healthcare admissions or marketing preferred
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance processes a plus
• Passion for helping others and commitment to excellent service
