Associate/Partner Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon - Live the dream in Florida

Hello, we are a well established multi-partner, multi-location practice in the Tampa/Clearwater/St. Petersburg area. We are seeking an associate leading to partnership. Very competitive base salary plus bonus based on collection. Paid time off, paid vacation, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid malpractice insurance and CE stipend.

Truly a great practice, well known in the community with a large referral base. Most procedures are office based and are mainly dentoalveolar and implant procedures. No hospital call, no weekend or evening clinical hours. Partnership buy in within 2 years and we have no plans to sell to private equity.

Compensation Information:
$350000.00 / Annually - $700000.00 / AnnuallyDetails:
Base Salary plus collections based bonus. Medical, dental, vision, paid vacation and holidays, CE stipend.
