The Associate Program Manager supports the assigned Program Manager in execution of the assigned programs. Works under the guidance of a lead program manager who carries the responsibility of the project execution and future program development. Provides support to cost and schedule controls and assists in tracking technical and programmatic execution. In some cases, may take on the authority of managing specific portions of a program such as a subcontract but in all cases reports functionally to the assigned Program Manager.

Education : Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering, Technical, or Business field of study
Experience : 3-5 years of professional experience in program management.
Applicants selected for this position will be required to obtain and maintain a government security clearance. Active Secret Clearance required, Top Secret clearance preferred.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $82,300.00 - $205,750.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Union ranges will be in compliance with the collective bargaining agreement's approved rates by location and role.
