JSA is currently hiring for a Data Entry and Processing Specialist on our Support Staff team. Our support staff play a vital role in the day-to-day activities of the company. Position Description :

The Data Entry and Processing Specialist role is responsible for entering data into the computer operating system to generate documents for agents and companies. Must be able to effectively communicate and maintain excellent customer service to agents and companies. Must possess the ability to work within a team environment and coordinate processes.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Process submissions and set up new files for underwriting.
• Maintain group email accounts as delegated.
• Maintain a professional relationship with internal staff, retail agents and companies via written and phone communication and maintain excellent customer service to agents and customers
• Participate in weekly staff meetings
• Other duties as assigned
