Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (Hybrid : Riverside)
Our client is a collaborative team of Registered Dietitians dedicated to delivering evidence-based Medical Nutrition Therapy. They empower patients to make life-changing, sustainable improvements to their health through individualized nutrition assessments, targeted counseling, and carefully tailored care plans. As they expand their impact, they are seeking experienced Registered Dietitians to join their team in a hybrid role, providing both direct patient care and valuable support to their staff.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform comprehensive nutrition assessments for patients, utilizing medical diagnoses and physician orders to inform your approach
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans, adapting interventions to support ongoing patient progress and outcomes
- Deliver engaging one-on-one education, providing patients with practical, science-based nutrition resources to support lasting behavioral change
- Accurately and efficiently document all care activities in digital health records in alignment with regulatory standards
- Serve as a liaison with referring providers, maintaining clear, timely communication to coordinate patient care and follow-up
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Food and / or Nutritional Science (required)Current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian; at least 1 year in Clinical Nutrition or Medical Nutrition Therapy strongly preferredActive National Provider Identifier (NPI) and current Personal Liability InsuranceThorough knowledge of HIPAA privacy standards and proven experience within a healthcare environmentExceptional written and verbal communication skills, and a reputation for professionalism, reliability, and a collaborative mindsetJoin a mission-driven organization recognized for its clinical excellence and supportive culture and help transform the nutritional health of our community.
