Experienced Roofing Sales Representative

Lifetime Roofing – Baton Rouge, LA

Job Type : Full-time, Part-time

Pay : $60,000 – $150,000+ per year (Uncapped commission + bonus opportunities)

Schedule : Flexible | Monday to Friday | Weekends as needed

What You’ll Do as an Experienced Roofing Sales Representative

Door-to-door lead generation and canvassing

Perform roof inspections and educate homeowners on damage and solutions

Assist customers through insurance claim process professionally

Attend adjuster appointments and install days

Maintain strong follow-up with homeowners and insurance companies

Build lasting customer relationships through clear communication and trust

Stay organized and consistent with CRM and team updates

Requirements for our Experienced Roofing Sales Representative

Reliable vehicle

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Willingness to door knock and generate your own leads

Compensation :

$60,000 – $150,000+ / year (Uncapped Commission + Bonus Opportunities)
