Job Title : Pediatric Physical Therapist

Position Overview :

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our pediatric care team. This is a day-shift position focused on providing high-quality therapy services to children with a variety of conditions. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping pediatric patients maximize mobility, manage pain, and achieve their highest level of function.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform evaluations, supervision, and treatment sessions as needed.

Examine each child and develop individualized treatment plans to improve movement, restore function, reduce / manage pain, and prevent disability.

Consult with patients and families to understand medical history, conditions, and progress.

Diagnose movement dysfunctions and implement evidence-based treatment strategies.

Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and recovery techniques.

Provide interventions such as stimulation or massage to promote healing.

Track and document patient progress toward therapy goals.

Qualifications :

Graduate degree in Physical Therapy ( Master’s or Doctorate required ).

Experience working with pediatrics strongly preferred.

Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

Adaptability and openness to change in a dynamic care environment.

Strong initiative and self-motivation.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people skills.
