POSITION OVERVIEW : As a Field Supervisor at LJA Telecom , you will be responsible for reading project prints, traveling to jobsites, inspecting work for quality, production, and safety, and coordinating crews to complete assigned tasks. The role requires vigilance regarding safety hazards, professionalism in client interactions, and hands-on support to guide crews through complex job tasks.
