Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute an executive search strategy to attract top-tier talent
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for executive roles, from intake to onboarding
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of executive talent through various sourcing methods
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred; Master's or MBA is a plus
5+ years of experience in executive recruiting or talent acquisition
Proven track record of placing C-level and senior leadership candidates
Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
