Founded and led by a Physician Assistant with over 15 years of medical experience in Interventional Radiology and Aesthetic Medicine, ILA has built a reputation for clinical excellence and natural results. Our team consists exclusively of advanced practice providers (PAs and NPs) delivering injectables and energy-based treatments in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and professional Aesthetic Injector (PA / NP) to join our team on a PRN or part-time basis, with the potential for a full-time role as patient volume grows. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical foundation, excellent patient communication skills, and a passion for aesthetic medicine. This role includes performing injectable treatments (neurotoxin, dermal filler, and biostimulators), laser and PRP procedures, and providing homecare recommendations through retail skincare sales.

As part of ILA's collaborative model, you'll work alongside a team of five advanced practice providers, sharing knowledge and refining treatment protocols together to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform injectable procedures including neurotoxin, filler, collagen stimulators, PRP, and laser treatments.
• Conduct thorough consultations, patient assessments, and individualized treatment planning.
• Educate patients on skincare regimens and support retail product recommendations as part of holistic care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation within the EMR (Vagaro).
• Uphold ILA's clinical and brand standards in all patient interactions.
• Professionally engage on social media to build your own aesthetic brand while supporting ILA's collective presence.
