605F Acute GI Med Unit - RN Med / Surg

Min of 2 years of experience within specialty.

Required BLS.

Preferred ACLS.

The Fifth Floor Gastrointestinal (GI) / COVID Medical / Surgical Unit at Northside Hospital Forsyth (NSF) is a thirty-four-bed unit, which has the capability of providing care to adolescents, adults, as well as a geriatric population. The unit is comprised of all acute care private rooms with telemetry capability.

Northside Holiday Expectations :

MUST work 2 major Holidays of the 3 :

Thanksgiving Day

Christmas Day

New Years Day

AND

1 Minor Holiday :

Day after Thanksgiving

Christmas Eve

New Years Eve Guaranteed Hours : 36 Weekly Contract Weeks : 89
