Amer Cost And Productivity Leader & Tx Sc Leader

Lead supply chain functions for materials planning, production scheduling, customer demand / orders, service and delivery at TX01 site

Responsibilities include :

• Manage / lead regional supply chain cost, while supporting service, compliance, and safety :
• Contribute to developing cost savings goals within the AMER region for supply chain
• Material planning cost savings
• Process improvement to drive cost savings
• Project owner for systems implementation
• Cost savings projects to be identified, actions plan, timing and execution of desired savings
• Logistics leased equipment for requirements for the region
• Inbound logistics cost management for the region, minimizing accessorial including storage, detention, demurrage, leased costs and leased equipment includes tank trailers, ISO tanks, intermodals, chassis

Work with service providers, site leadership and regional teams to :

Focus on identifying cost reduction opportunities via more efficient equipment utilization, off-hiring

Base pay range : $90,000 - $132,000

The actual salary offered is determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill sets, and geography. Local geographic pay differentials may not be reflected in the above pay range and will be discussed with you by a member of the HR team when applicable.

Additionally, this role is eligible for incentive or sales variable compensation payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the company's incentive plans, the company's financial performance, and / or individual employee job performance.
