We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the design strategy for our acquisition efforts - with a sharp focus on optimizing our website and driving conversions across key funnels. This role is critical to Lever's next stage of growth, where every interaction counts and every design decision has measurable impact.
Y ou’ll own how millions of users first experience our brand - from the homepage to the moment they take action. By collaborating closely with marketing, product, and engineering, you'll create user journeys that convert seamlessly across our claiming funnels, sales paths, and app downloads.
This is a role for a builder. You’ll shape the digital face of Lever, using research, analytics, and experimentation to lead design work that performs at scale and moves metrics that matter.
