Security Professional - Tech / Media Patrol Unarmed

in

Alpharetta, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a dynamic tech, media, and telecom environment. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you engage with employees and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. You will conduct routine patrols and remain visible throughout the location, supporting a secure atmosphere. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the tech, media, and telecom environment to help to deter unauthorized access.

Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols.

Collaborate with other Allied Universal team members and site personnel to support a secure and welcoming environment.

Assist with access control procedures and visitor management as required by site-specific policies.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
