Valet Trash Attendant Property Helper

Are you hard-working with a good attitude? Are you looking for part-time work and supplemental income? Then we want to talk to you. The Valet Trash Attendant Property Helper will be responsible for the nightly pick up of door-to-door trash at one of our apartment communities. Candidate should be self-motivated and able to work independently.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Nightly pick up of bagged trash from each resident's doors to onsite dumpster or compactor.
2. Be prepared to work and collect bagged trash Sundays - Thursdays.
3. Be able to climb 3-4 story apartment buildings. Get paid to work out!
4. Must be on time and dependable. Service starts at 8:00 pm.
5. Work quietly and efficiently keeping noise to a minimum so not to disturb residents.
6. Daily contact with area supervisor.
7. Smartphone used to document cleared units.

Required

• Must have cell phone (smart phone).
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation to get to the property.
• Open bed pickup may be required depending on location.
• Ability to climb stairs and work outside in varying weather conditions.
• No experience required, good attitude and we will train the right person.

$18 to $20 per hour
