The opportunity

Reporting to the CEO, the CCO will own Cube Biotech’s global commercial and marketing strategy—turning its scientific strengths into sustainable revenue at scale. He / she will partner closely with the different teams, while structuring a commercial organization that has grown quickly and suddenly over the past few years.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver growth : own revenue, pricing, channels, and pipeline,
• Retain & expand customers : key-account, renewal, and upsell programs,
• Strategic alignment : translate strategy into clear GTM OKRs,
• KPI cadence : dashboards for forecast, funnel, and performance,
• Scientific impact : KOL collaborations and thought leadership,
• Team leadership : coach, hire, and structure the team,
• Digital & sustainability : scale e-commerce / demand gen; advance green initiatives,
• IP support : Partner with R&D / Legal on protection and launches.
