Hotel Maintenance Engineer

Hotel Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting with upkeep and maintenance of the Hotel - Must be available for an 8 am - 4 pm shift - previous Hotel / apartment, Building Maintenance, or construction Laborer Helpful.

Responsibilities :

• Troubleshooting / repair / cleaning of electrical / mechanical systems to include HVAC / PTAC & Plumbing.
• Conducting an ongoing preventative maintenance program.
• General Houseman Duties.
• Painting and touch-up.
• Floor Cleaning.
• Review, prioritize, and complete daily work orders.
• Daily inspections of the property to identify potential and current needs.
• Coordinating with local health, fire, and building inspectors to ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Servicing Hotels' outdoor pool, ensuring daily testing is completed, and chemicals are within the standard.
• Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting electrical switches, PTACS, and HVAC units, as well as drywall repair, plumbing repairs, etc.
• CPO and CFC certified a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous Hotel / Apartment / Strip mall, Maintenance experience a Must.
• Other tasks assigned by Management or property Owners.
