About the Role:
The Plumber-HVAC Tech plays a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and safety of residential and commercial properties within our real estate portfolio. This position involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and HVAC systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet all regulatory standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and conducting routine inspections to prevent future problems. Additionally, this role requires collaboration with other maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely project completion and high-quality service delivery.
