The ideal candidate has a proven track record of supervising and managing large-scale construction projects and construction crews. They thrive in a fast-paced and a team-oriented environment. They get excited about construction projects as well as completing assignments on time. An individual who will do well in this position is self-oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable. Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site in Fort Worth, Texas.
The ideal candidate is someone who can manage an entire project, and understands grading for retaining walls, and underground works. There will be multiple self-perform crews, and you will assist in managing subcontractors, managing schedules and attending meetings with the owner's reps.
