Part-Time Personal / Family Assistant - UES & Hamptons (Hybrid)

Location : Upper East Side, NYC & Hamptons (remote & in-person)

Schedule : 20 hours per week

Rate : $35-$40 / hour

Start : ASAP

Hudson Staffing is seeking a part-time Personal / Family Assistant for a lovely family with three young children. The position is primarily remote , but candidates must be available to work in person at the family's Upper East Side apartment and occasionally at their Hamptons home , especially during the summer and select weekends throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage project-based tasks for both NYC and Hamptons residences
• Order supplies for both homes, maintain inventory
• Assist with arrival / departure logistics , packing / unpacking
• Schedule appointments for family members (doctors, activities, etc.)
• Handle email correspondence , returns, and occasional shopping
• General administrative and household support
