About the Role
We are looking to add a Manager to our US&C Tax Business Advisory team!
Are you a team player, not afraid of a rapidly changing environment, and have a broad tax technically sharp background? Do you love tax technical debates, are strong at analytical thinking coupled with business acumen to advise non-tax stakeholders, have curiosity to delve into novel tax issues, possess a passion for details, and are able to perform under pressure? If so, this role offers an amazing opportunity to make an immediate impact as a primary stakeholder supporting Uber’s business teams.
At its core, your job is to work on strategic initiatives and projects, including analyzing and advising on the tax implications of new products and lines of business across US&C and globally. More specifically, you will need to identify tax risks, suggest practical solutions and technical requirements, and oversee their implementation.
In your role, you will work in a highly motivated and supportive team. You\'ll work closely together with Operations, Product, Legal, and other stakeholders in designing Uber's latest products and features. Key is to understand the business needs while providing full tax support to deliver a seamless, tax-compliant, and efficient experience for Uber, our Partners, and End Users.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles : The base salary range for this role is USD$149,000 per year - USD$166,000 per year.
