As a Senior Solution Architect, you will engage with global enterprise clients to design end-to-end solutions and define implementation approaches tailored to their unique business needs. You'll be responsible for deeply understanding client environments, collaborating with internal teams to remove obstacles quickly, and providing best practices and guidance to build client confidence. Ultimately, you will ensure clients begin their Talkdesk journey positioned for long-term success.

Pay Range (Base Pay) : $109,000 - $164,000

Other Types of Pay : Based on level and role the employee may be eligible for long term incentives in the form of equity and short term incentives of either bonus or commission.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements :
