Your Role

The M365 CoPilot and Cloud Infrastructure Engineer will report to the AVP of Cloud and System Services. You will play a key role in deploying and managing a future powered by AI with Microsoft 365 Copilot. This involves ensuring our cloud infrastructure is secure and well-configured to maximize Copilot's capabilities. You'll be responsible for architecting and maintaining Azure and M365 environments using modern Infrastructure as Code (IaC) approaches, focusing on data governance, permissions, and Exchange Online to enhance AI efficacy and security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end deployment and management of Microsoft 365 Copilot across the organization.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Copilot's integration with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Ensure organizational data is structured and secure to maximize Copilot's efficiency.
  • Design and implement a robust and scalable Azure cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
  • Automate processes through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and scripting.
  • Collaborate with security and compliance teams to establish data access boundaries and protective policies.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure engineering with a strong background in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification is required.
  • Experience with deploying and managing Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • Proficiency with Terraform or similar tools for Azure infrastructure management.
  • Expertise in core Azure services (Compute, Networking, Storage, or Security).
  • Experience administering Microsoft Exchange Online.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell for administration and automation.
  • Familiarity with cloud security principles, Microsoft Entra ID, and identity management.
  • Experience with DevOps methodologies (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).

    Compensation and Benefits

    The annual pay range for this position is $77,794.00 - $124,491.00, with the target hiring range of $85,961.00 - $116,299.00 based on skills and experience.
