Massachusetts Licensed Coding Specialist

A company is looking for a Coding Specialist Associate responsible for accurately coding Ambulatory Facility Services.

Key Responsibilities

Assign ICD-10-CM and / or CPT codes to medical records

Adhere to all appropriate coding rules

Participate in educational coding meetings either onsite or offsite

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1-3 years as a coder or equivalent experience

GED or HiSET required

Willingness to pursue coding certification preferred

Thorough knowledge of ICD-10-CM codes, CPT codes, APC's, APG's, and DRG's
