ROLE DESCRIPTION :

OFFICE CULTURE :

Thank you for considering working for Jason Davidson State Farm Agency. I attended North Cobb High School and graduated with a marketing degree from West Georgia College. I have been married to my wife Debbie for 27 years and we have three daughters. My family and I love to spend time outdoors and on the lake camping and hiking. I am also an avid hunter. We all enjoy horseback riding and ATVs at our farm nearby! I really enjoy off roading in my CJ7 Jeep most! I currently serve on the Board for Fellowship of Christian Athletes and especially enjoy UGA games and attending my daughter's softball games.

My strong family orientation is felt in my office when you walk in. We have a strong family culture in our small team of five members. We have a team environment and rely on each other to make the office work cohesively. Not only do I train you, but the team works together and is eager to train you as well to quickly learn our systems. • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Work alongside your agencys team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
