Role Overview :

Shift Overview : Outpatient only

All-age patient care

Pediatrics through geriatrics

Join 3 NPs, 2 full-time MDs, and a part-time physician

On-site point-of-care lab + EPIC EMR

Equitable call

1 : 4 weekday / weekend rotation

• ? Average 18 patients / day

Strong clinical wraparound support (ACO model + in-network specialist referrals)

DOs strongly preferred (MDs considered)

Compensation & Perks :

Base Salary

$265,000 $280,000 (DOE)

27 days / year including

5 days CME + $3,000 stipend

Must-Have Qualifications :

Board Certified in Family Medicine

Comfortable seeing pediatric to geriatric patients

PA medical license (or ability to obtain)

DEA (or willingness to obtain)

Clean malpractice and license history
