  • Physician-Owned well established family practice in central North Carolina looking for qualified physician board certified in family medicine, internal medicine / pediatrics, or geriatrics.
  • Asheboro, located in the center of North Carolina in the rolling hills of the NC Piedmont, offers :

    • ## Overview

    We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, emphasizing disease prevention and health promotion.

    ## Duties

    • Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses
    • Manage common health problems, including hypertension, diabetes, and respiratory infections
    • Perform minor surgical procedures such as suturing lacerations
    • Coordinate patient care with specialists when necessary
    • Provide guidance on preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices
    • Conduct physical examinations and interpret diagnostic tests

      • ## Requirements

    • Medical degree from an accredited institution
    • Board certification in Family Medicine
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
