Civil Litigation Attorney

Location : Sacramento, CA (Hybrid)

Job Type : Full-time

Overview :

A well-established international law firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join its Sacramento office. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills and experience in handling complex cases across various civil practice areas.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle all aspects of civil litigation from case inception through trial and appeal.

Conduct discovery, draft motions, and take and defend depositions.

Manage caseload involving insurance defense and general liability matters.

Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop litigation strategies.

Attend hearings, mediations, and trials as needed.

Preferred Background :

2-5 years of civil litigation experience.

Experience in areas such as tort and employment litigation, professional negligence, transportation, products liability, and real estate-related litigation .

Strong research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills.

California Bar membership in good standing.

Work Arrangement : Hybrid (2-3 days in office per week).
