Description :

Provides professional nursing services to individuals in the home.

Conducts nursing assessment, planning, care, and evaluation in accordance with physician's orders.

Carries primary care management functions for assigned patients.

Safely and independently administers prescribed treatments, medications, and nursing interventions.

Requires specialized skills depending on assignment.

Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the lifespan of assigned patient populations.

Assesses and interprets patient age-specific data and provides appropriate treatment.

Complies with all applicable safety regulations and participates in safety education programs.

Enhances professional growth and development through advanced / continuing education.

Maintains established policies and procedures, quality assessment, safety, environmental, and infection control standards.

Provides outstanding service to all customers using caring behaviors.

Fosters teamwork and practices fiscal responsibility through improvement and innovation.

Additional Info :

May be required to care for COVID patients.

Tobacco and fragrance-free environment.

Requires working 2 of 3 major holidays.

Requires weekend rotation every 4th weekend with compensatory day off the week before or the week after.

May cross county lines if patient care deems necessary.

Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine fit before final decision.
