Job descriptionAs a Customer Event Representative , you’ll be on the front lines at fundraising events, community activations, and public outreach efforts. You’ll serve as a friendly and knowledgeable face of our organization—engaging with potential donors, sharing the impact of our nonprofit partners, and helping facilitate contributions that truly make a difference. Represent our nonprofit clients at events with professionalism, enthusiasm, and heart. Engage with community members to share stories, answer questions, and encourage support. Assist with on-site donation processing and provide accurate information and receipts. Ensure all donor interactions are positive, compassionate, and memorable. Maintain accurate records and help personalize follow-up communications. Collaborate with event and fundraising teams to drive awareness and donor involvement. Experience in customer service, event promotion, or community outreach preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about making a difference and supporting nonprofit causes. Detail-oriented and comfortable managing information and interactions in a busy event setting. Team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Competitive weekly pay ranging from $800–$1,100, with results-based bonuses.
