LPN MAT Clinic Temp to Hire

Minimum Requirements :

Current Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse License

• One year experience as an LPN / LVN preferred
• One year experience in a clinic setting preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Position Details

Modality : LPN - Clinic / Wellness / Immunization Openings : 1 Shifts : Days, 4 : 45am - 1 : 45pm Hours per Week : 40 Contract Length : 13 Week(s) Start Date : 2025-12-01 Details of Assignment : Temp to perm after 520+ hours. This will be at the MAT clinic as a dosing nurse M-F, must be willing to rotate and support on weekends
