Key Responsibilities : Serve as the subject matter expert for Wellness services, advising sales teams on industry trends and competitive landscapes Develop engaging sales materials and align enablement efforts with growth objectives and sales KPIs Support sales teams in closing deals by providing real-time assistance and fostering collaboration across departments Required Qualifications : 5-7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or sales enablement, preferably in wellness or healthcare 10+ years of subject matter expertise in wellness services and related fields Proven track record of developing successful sales enablement programs that increase revenue Strong project management skills and the ability to mobilize teams effectively Flexibility with work hours to accommodate client meetings across time zones
